A photography in collaboration with another artist during the research. The photo of an empty field in Kanchanaburi that reflects the feelings of emptiness from the cash crops replacing initial nature causing this disseverance.

 Lives and works in Kanchanaburi and Bangkok, Thailand.
 
Niwat Manatpiyalert explores through diverse artistic modes of production the fabric of everyday life from socio-political, economical to environmental matters. He has engaged with the subjects through processes of observation, interpretation, and validation, embodying collective memory and hypothesis entangled. Stemming from his interests in community and participatory art, Manatpiyalert’s practice is heavily based on field research and usually involves cross-disciplinary collaborations with specialists, filmmakers, creative practitioners, among others. A graduate from the Städelschule Frankfurt a.M. (2019) under the class of Tobias Rehberger, he has participated in numerous exhibitions including Art for Air public art festival, Chiang Mai (2021); LASH 23, Nassauischer Kunstverein Wiesbaden, Wiesbaden (2019); Hæng Løst, Nationalpark Thy, Stenbjerg Landingsplads, Snedsted, Denmark (2019); Summer festival, Opelvillen, Rüsselsheim (2019); Air Conditioned, the Städel Museum, Frankfurt a.M (2019); appearing unannounced, Rirkrit Tiravanija’s studio, Tambon Nam-bo-luang, Chiang Mai (2018); The Immeasurable and World's End, JWD Art Space (2022).
